The CRViking Immortal Axles were designed to be just that – Immortal! We engineered our axles to be tougher and operate at wider articulation angles to handle nearly any terrain. These HD axles are backed by an industry leading 2 year warranty*.

Warranty Procedure

If you should encounter a manufacturing defect with your axle please contact us to start a claim. CRViking Immortal Axles include a 60 day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty can be extended to 2 years from the date of purchase by registering your purchase within 10 days of purchase. Replacement after the initial 60 days is subject to a fee, see details below.

Register your Purchase
  • This warranty is only for the original purchaser.
  • Proof of Purchase is required for any warranty claims.
  • Item must be returned for inspection within 30 days of claim submission. We must receive the return prior to shipment of the replacement or the replacement can be charged to your credit card and refunded upon receipt of the return.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping. A return label can be provided by us, the cost of this label will be charged to you. If you provide your own return shipping you must send us the tracking number. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit – we recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Product registration must be received within 10 days of purchase to qualify for warranty coverage past the initial 60 day warranty.
  • CR Viking Immortal Axles Replacement Fees:
    • After the first 60 days but within the first year from the date of purchase the purchaser must pay a flat $75 replacement fee.
    • If the axle fails due to a manufacturing defect within the first 60 days from the date of purchase, we will ship a replacement axle free of charge.
    • After the first year but within 2 years from the date of purchase the purchaser must pay a flat $125 replacement fee.
    • Please note, replacements are shipped via an Economy shipping method. If rush shipping service is needed there will be an additional charge.
    • Warranty is only valid within the USA.
    • Proof of purchase and proof of breakage must be supplied for all warranty claims.
